Rasheeta Chandler, PhD, RN, APRN, FNP-BC is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RichLin Ventures, LLC. She is a professor, researcher, clinician, educator, technology innovator, and entrepreneur dedicated to developing solutions that improve lives, strengthen organizations, and create lasting impact.
With decades of experience in healthcare, research, education, and artificial intelligence, Dr. Chandler has built a career translating complex challenges into innovative, scalable technologies. As a nationally recognized researcher and leader, she has secured millions of dollars in research funding and has led multidisciplinary teams focused on advancing digital health, operational excellence, and community impact.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Chandler's leadership is grounded in personal experience and purpose. She is a devoted disciple of Jesus Christ who actively serves in ministry at her local church. As the mother of two elite student-athletes, she understands firsthand the importance of creating systems that protect, empower, and prepare families and communities. Having also experienced the loss of a loved one, she recognized the emotional and administrative burdens families face during legacy planning, inspiring the development of solutions like EverRest.
